NTUC LearningHub is the leading Continuing Education and Training provider in Singapore which aims to transform the lifelong employability of working people. Since our corporatisation in 2004, we have been working with employers and individual learners to provide learning solutions in areas such as Cloud, Infocomm Technology, Healthcare, Employability & Literacy, Business Excellence, Workplace Safety & Health, Security, Human Resources and Foreign Worker Training.

To date, NTUC LearningHub has helped over 26,000 organisations and achieved more than 2.6 million training places across more than 2,900 courses with a pool of about 900 certified trainers. As a Total Learning Solutions provider to organisations, we also forge partnerships to offer a wide range of relevant end-to-end training. Besides in-person training, we also offer instructor-led virtual live classes (VLCs) and asynchronous online learning. The NTUC LearningHub Learning eXperience Platform (LXP) — a one-stop online learning mobile application — offers timely, bite-sized and quality content for learners to upskill anytime and anywhere. Beyond learning, LXP also serves as a platform for jobs and skills development for both workers and companies.

Demonstration of Industry Leadership

In July, NTUC LearningHub signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Institute of Adult Learning and SkillsFuture Singapore to aggregate the skills needs of Adult Educators (AEs) and training them for market readiness. This is done by enhancing NTUC LearningHub’s existing Career Agility Hub app as a platform for the AE community to build up their skills and careers portfolio.

In addition, we continue to strengthen our thought leadership through our Think Tank endeavors. Recently, we have published reports on Mental Wellness at the Workplace, Workforce Learning in Workplace Transformation, Emerging Jobs and Skills, along with industry insights into Coding, Security, and a Special Report on Sustainability. The insights gathered enable us to empower both companies and workers by helping them uncover sentiments on the ground, identify emerging trends, and gain expert recommendations.

Provision of Innovation Product & Service Offerings

To encourage continuous improvement and lifelong learning, NTUC LearningHub launched the Learning eXperience Platform (LXP) for both individuals and businesses, to move towards modular, bite-sized and on-the-go learning facilitated via a mobile application. NTUC LearningHub also commits to help organisations upskill their employees by leveraging on LXP, under a Memorandum of Understanding signed in November 2021, with SkillsFuture Singapore, Singapore National Employers Federation, and employers including Resorts World Sentosa and PSA Corporation.

In addition, we also enhanced the capability of our Career Agility Hub app by building the app as a platform for the Adult Educator (AE) Community to develop their skills and careers portfolio, as well as building AE’s domain and andragogical skills at scale, and providing opportunities for AE’s continuing professional development.
