Lanson Place is renowned for the personalized guest services and high level standards that you will not typically find across all other hospitality platforms of a larger scale, which simply cannot provide consistent offerings with a vast portfolio of properties with guests booking through different platforms. At Lanson Place, we treat our guests as family members and each staff member will address our guests by their names. Designated housekeeping attendant will be responsible for the cleaning during the entire period of stay to ensure that our guest receive personalized service.
Because of the scale of our operation, we are also able to quickly adapt to changes and respond to the market need. Winsland Serviced Suites by Lanson Place, for example, is now offering more studios and one-bedroom suites after the renovation as the traditional market trend has shifted from more long-term stay to shorter stay (usually on project basis for a few months). We are also seeing more individual travellers instead of family travellers and these individuals have a very different need in terms of facilities. As a result, we introduced the first communal kitchen (Cookhouse@9) at Winsland Serviced Suites by Lanson Place, and a spacious courtyard for guests to mingle, cook, work and relax. The communal kitchen makes it possible for guests to host dinner parties, or even to have chefs come in and provide cooking lessons to the residents.
Here at Lanson Place, our guests can basically personalise their “new homes” according to their homes – from mattress, pillow, bedsheet and towels to a special set of cooking utensils that they are accustomed to use in their home town, we can arrange these prior to the arrival. We even pay attention to how our guests would like to put the slippers in the apartment.
To help our guests in quickly adapting to a new environment and the city, we have introduced WOW walks. During this walk, our guest service team will take our guest on a personal tour around the neighbourhood to explore places that they will find essential during their stay: e.g. the nearest metro station and the shortcut route to it, bus stop, 24-hour supermarket and convenient store…etc. This also helps them to live like a local.
