We keep a room partially furnished where guests can effortlessly turn it into a study, a work-out room, children’s playroom or visitor’s room. This has proven to be quite a hit during the COVID-19 stay-home period when we experienced more customers moving to stay with us as they needed more personal space for the family.
To keep up with being eco-friendly and improve the productivity level of our staff, we have also installed water purifiers in our apartments and eliminate single-use plastic drinking bottles.
For services, Ariva Serviced Residences also believes in only charging guests for what they really use. We have individual meters to track electricity and water consumption by apartment. We also offer cleaning packages for customers who like to take on additional cleaning services as an option over the usual cleaning service.
